AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH

OMG...I can't believe it...after 10 months the bloody house sale has fell through :tears:

I'm totally gutted.....bloody council have made the building Grade II Listed.The owner may have to put back ALL of his rennovations......plus his wife has slapped an order on him to say he can't sell anything as they are getting divorced....so basically he can't finish our house as the council have told him to cease construction and his wife has stopped him signing over any property to anyone else...what a chuffin' mess...and all this means I lose my beautiful house :(
